Derwen Mobile Phone adds a realistic old-school mobile phone to Farming Simulator 25, designed to bring important notifications from compatible mods together in one believable place.

Instead of every update appearing as another standard FS25 popup, supported mods can send messages directly to your phone. When a new message arrives, you’ll hear a classic monophonic ringtone and see a simple “Phone Notification Received” alert, leaving the full message waiting for you on the handset.

The phone features a photorealistic period-style design, illuminated LCD, home screen, unread-message counter and persistent chronological inbox. Messages can be viewed, browsed and deleted using either keybinds or the physical buttons on the phone.

Some notifications can also include two contextual actions, allowing compatible mods to offer choices directly from the handset using the phone’s soft keys.

The mod has been designed as a lightweight notification framework rather than a full smartphone simulation. The phone handles presentation, delivery, persistence and multiplayer-safe routing, while the sending mod remains responsible for its own gameplay systems.

• Advanced Damage System – inspection results, maintenance completion and repair completion
• Seasonal Wool Production – advance shearing reminder
• Farmland Market – watched farmland availability and negotiation cooldown updates
• Red Tape – grant approvals/rejections/payments, policy warnings/fines and scheme payouts

Other modders can also integrate their own mods using the included Derwen Mobile Phone API Guide. Integration is optional, so supported mods can continue to function normally when Mobile Phone is not installed.

The aim is simple: if something happening on the farm is important enough that someone would realistically call or message you about it, it can arrive on the phone.
